Yes, table will always have a free version and not just a 7-day free trial. We believe everyone should have access to software that helps them build more meaningful relationships and manage their network effectively.

Yes, you can get started for free. Our free plan includes all functionalities. However as we need to run a healthy business we have to limit the AI usage. Go ahead and give it a try and if you find value in our product you might consider upgrading your plan at some point.

table offers a free version where you can use our AI with a limitation. If you become a heavy user you might want to upgrade to one of our pro plans that gives you unlimited AI usage.

You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings under Billing. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Our refund policy is simple. If you believe you've made a mistake signing up for a paid table subscription online or in-app, please contact us inside the app or email hello@usetable.ai. We'll be happy to refund you the full amount (not pro-rated) if you downgrade your subscription within three days of signing up for monthly billing, or within 30 days of signing up for annual billing.

Yes. Your data never leaves your account without encryption. table uses secure, enterprise-grade protocols and does not sell or share your information. AI models only process context to serve your messages, not to train external systems.

For table to work properly, we synchronize with the platforms you can connect. We take data security and privacy very seriously. Our business model will never rely on selling your data to third-party vendors. You can also revoke access and delete your data at any time; doing so will permanently remove it from our servers.

No, we would never consider doing this. Our business model is based on subscription on different tiers we offer. Thus we monetize on usage and not on selling your data. We appreciate that you entrust your personal data and protection your data is very important to us.

We store data with our storage provider Neon as mentioned in our privacy policy.

We connect to your platform by using their granted API that takes care about data transfer and user authentication.

We don't store any passwords of your connected platforms.

Yes, you can remove any connection at any time. We give you the flexibility to decide if you just disconnect the platform so no more future data will be coming over, or if you want to disconnect the platform and delete all data that have ever been transmitted through it.
