I hope this letter finds you well and gets you excited to learn more about table and the people behind our software. I'm thrilled to reach out to you – the brilliant minds who will shape our company's future.
When I started writing this I thought what is the best way to start and what do I really want to convey. I thought about sharing more about our core values, what drives us (covered further down this page), or dropping some buzzwords what kind of cutting edge technology we are building and how we think first principle to craft the next generation of personal CRM with an AI first approach.
But than I thought what is the root of all of this? When we boil it down – what is the one thing that really matters when people come together and spend most of their awake time at work?
It leads me to purpose. Jet another cliche word. But hang with me for a second to elaborate on my thought. Some people might only work to get a nice salary or have some kind of status without truly enjoying what they do.
We, the people, working in tech already have such a privilege that I argue it is much more rewarding when you focus on doing something that makes you happy instead of chasing something irrelevant. Instead of going down the rabbit hole of what happiness means I will leave you with this words from Dalai Lama XIV
“Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.”

Yes, you can get started for free. Our free plan includes all functionalities. However as we need to run a healthy business we have to limit the AI usage. Go ahead and give it a try and if you find value in our product you might consider to upgrade your plan at some point.

Our approach is dynamic. Depending on the role and your level of experience we come up with a great offer that includes a salary and stock compensation.
We are a small but mighty team. So by nature our hierarchies are small and will always stay if we continue to grow. We believe in taking responsibility and self-administration which not mean we don't communicate and work together to craft the best possible product that we can.
We deeply care about putting the right people together. Especially in the early stages this is crucial for our all success. We try to keep the process lean but also want to understand how we work together in real world scenario. After we decided it is a fit we start with a 2 week trial.
We are a remote team that is spread across Europe and North America. We love taking ownership and passion for software craftsmanship. We kick things off with a short daily and prefer async communication rather than hanging in tons of meetings through out the day. We love to be in the zone of genius and do deep focus work.
