You will be a great fit if...
- You have a proven track record (at least an internship) in the startup, and or VC world. You understand GTM and Growth strategies.
- You're highly productive. You are able to break down big projects into small deliverables. You care about the output and take a pragmatic approach to deliver it. You keep things simple.
- You are obsessed with world class consumer focuses software and have a real impact.
- You Work independently and have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to learn and grow by figuring things out no one had done before in the exact same way.
- You have strong communication skills.
What you'll do
One thing is for sure, your work will get never boring. On a mission to find product market fit in combination with a small team, we all have to be flexible and dynamic and hard working:
- Strategic support: You will work closely with the founder and support her in the planning, implementation and optimisation of strategic projects.
- Diverse areas of responsibility: From business development, user interviews, marketing and growth to fundraising - you are flexible and always ready to take on new challenges.
- Wear many hats. In such a small startup, we're all generalists and support each other to learn and grow together.
- Content & Community: You support the creation of content (e.g. for LinkedIn, blog or website) and help to further expand our community.
- Work closely on a day to day base with the founder team.
