Connect Google to table
Connect Google Mail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts so your relationship workspace stays current with less manual work.
What Google syncs
When you connect your Google Account, table can connect Google Mail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts.
Together, these services help table understand who you know, when you interacted, and what context may matter.
Connect Google
- 1Open table.
- 2Go to onboarding or Integrations.
- 3Select Google Account.
- 4Continue through the Google authorization flow.
- 5Approve the requested access.
- 6Return to table.
What happens after connecting
After authorization, table starts syncing your Google data.
- An Active badge when the connection is working
- A Syncing contacts state during import
- A Re-connect button if the connection becomes inactive
- Google service icons for Mail, Calendar, and Contacts
Approve synced contacts
Not every person from Google needs to become an approved table contact. table gives you an approval flow so you can decide who belongs in your CRM.
Approve people you want to manage actively. Archive or skip people who are not relevant.
This keeps your table account focused on meaningful relationships rather than every address that ever appeared in your inbox.

Google connections can become inactive if access expires, permissions change, or access is revoked from your Google account.
- 1Open Integrations.
- 2Find your Google Account.
- 3Select Re-connect.
- 4Complete the Google authorization flow again.
Disconnect Google
Disconnect Google if you no longer want table to sync from that account.

- 2Find the connected Google Account.
- 3Select Disconnect.
- 4Confirm the action.

Troubleshooting
- Google partially connected: if Gmail is not enabled, table may connect the other Google services but skip Gmail.
- Sync is taking a long time: wait for the first sync to finish. If it stays stuck, reconnect Google or contact support.
- Google shows inactive: reconnect the Google account from Integrations.
- Connected wrong Google account: disconnect it, then connect the correct account.
